In connection with transition to new operating system the company management has made the following decision: to prolong the term of an action "the platinum distributor who recommends another platinum distributor becomes the diamond distributor automatically and free" till 24th of January, 2009. We ask you to take this into consideration!

On December, 19th, 2008 in Kiev, official papers about opening the market of Ukraine by Winalite International company have been signed during a visit of its vice-president, Mr. Percy Chin.

Date of carrying out of the solemn action devoted to so significant event, is carried over the beginning of 2009. Details about an exact place and carrying out time are not present yet, but in the near future this information will be published on our site. Stay tuned!

Advantages of official opening of the market of Ukraine are obvious. In country capital the central office of the company opens, in the regional centres the regional representations are also open. The distributors registered earlier are now fixed to these representations. Deliveries of the goods to Ukraine start to go through the official channel, without delays and completely at the expense of Winalite company, not at the expense of enthusiasm and the finance of separate distributors as earlier. For this purpose, in particular, at the central office and regional representations the warehouses are created. These warehouses can provide distributors with necessary assortment and quantity of production. Also important advantage is carrying out of all calculations in Ukrainian Hryvna inside the country while earlier and at present it is necessary to arrange convertation to the Russian Rouble with corresponding delays in payment.

Action start: 3 months since registration date.

System of increase of the status:

1) the Platinum distributor make necessary payment from the date of the registration; if within 28 days he personally invites 1 Platinum distributor, his status raises to Diamond level.

2) the Platinum distributor make necessary payment from the date of the registration; if within 56 days he personally invites 3 Platinum distributors, his status raises to Diamond level.

The distributors who have received the status Diamond not at once (having bought 30 cases), and participating in the action, can receive further only 40 % from gifts and company actions. Besides, such Diamonds cannot open representation in regions! Thus if you were registered as Platinum then it is better for you to pay for the difference between the status of the Platinum and the Diamond so you could become Diamond with 100% of its possibilities.

The most convincing request to persons participating in the incentive action, accordingly to which the platinum distributor who has signed another platinum distributor receives the status of the Diamond distributor without surcharge, to take into consideration two underwritten nuances.

The given nuances should also be considered to distributors who, because of discrepancy to any requirements, did not count on status increase. Their strict observance will be provided since 06.09.2008.

Regulations of increase of the status:

(1) Distributor in the platinum status (the platinum status is appropriated at registration of a waybill on the first purchase in quantity of 12 complete sets (cases) of production), has the right to free increase to the diamond status in the event that within 28 days, considering from the date of transfer in structure, he has personally recommended 1 new platinum distributor (the time for joining the structure considers time of check of the distributor, i.e. 28 days since check date).

(2) Distributor in the platinum status (the platinum status is appropriated at registration of a waybill on the first purchase in quantity of 12 complete sets (cases) of production), has the right to free increase to the diamond status in the event that within 56 days, considering from the date of transfer in structure, he has personally recommended 3 new platinum distributors (the time for joining the structure considers time of check of the distributor, i.e. 56 days since check date).

According to a new course on encouragement of the business activity, succeeded in recruitment of new participants of structure distributors who corresponded till 26.12.2008 to the requirements specified in Regulations of increase of the status, have the right to the privileges provided by the accepted course.
